8.9 How to Reset Exams

Resetting an Exam will erase all of the results for that exam. If you do this in error, please contact the risr/assess team immediately.

  • From the top menu bar click Exams

  • Click View then View Sessions for the required Exam

  • Click Reset exam day

  •  Enter the password to reset the Exam.

This password is given as part of training. If you do not know this, contact the risr/assess team

  • Click Reset exam day. This will remove all results for that exam.

  • The exam will move back to the In Preparation status
