8.10 How to Reset Exams

Resetting an Exam will erase all of the results for that exam. If you do this in error, please contact the risr/assess team immediately.

From the top menu bar click Exams
Click View then View Sessions for the required Exam
Click Reset exam day
Enter the password to reset the Exam.

This password is given as part of training. If you do not know this, contact the risr/assess team

Click Reset exam day. This will remove all results for that exam.
The exam will move back to the In Preparation status
