Improvements

• Added loading indicator to dropdown lists. This fixes the issue where clicking on the event type list would appear blank before everything had loaded. 

• Added retries to elastic forwarder so that event submissions and delete actions are propagated properly across the system even in the event of a timeout. Previously this would occur in events not being visible to other users although they were present.

• Fixed an IE caching issue which was affecting performance.  

• Errors produced by auto-save when there is no network connection are now hidden. 

• Improve text box rendering for long lines which was causing some paragraphs to overlap the edge of the screen.
