The View History screen shows a complete Activity Log for the Exam per Session. The information logged per interaction is as follows:

  • Date - The Date and Time of logged activity

  • Type - The area of the system the activity is pertinent to (User, Exam, Exam Block, Session, etc.)

  • Message - The system notation for the activity, this will be a description of the activity in the most simple terms.

  • User - The User that performed the activity

  • Details - If the activity involved any changes that are trackable such as updating an Item Set or changing a Date then further details are shown here.

It is also possible to add a new activity to this screen if any activity was performed outside of the system that would be useful to track.

The Activity log can be downloaded for further record keeping outside of the system if required.
