8.11 Upload Responses

In risr/assess it is possible to upload responses for an Exam. This functionality can be used in situations where a historic Exam completed outside of risr/assess is created in the system for reporting, combing, or comparison purposes.

Other use cases for uploading responses include issues where candidates' or examiners responses were not recorded properly due to connectivity failures or where the Exam was forced to be taken on paper.
