8.9 Devices

risr/assess can run using [P4B] for both Remote OSCE and Written Exams online using your web browser, however there is also the possibility of using an iPad for OSCE Exams.

iPads can be registered in a number of ways, the simplest and most common of which is by scanning the QR code provided in the Devices area of risr/assess settings. Registering your device for use with your instance of risr/assess is called enrolment.

If your organisation has centrally managed iPads then you can manage those devices in the Devices area of the risr/assess settings. In this area you will also be able to see a comprehensive list of all devices that have accessed your instance and you are able to remove, approve or block access for those devices if necessary.
