Creating and Updating Observers manually

  • Click Settings

  • Click Manage Examiners (this is also Observers management page)

  • Click + Add new Examiner

  • Fill out the information as required using the free text boxes provided:

    • ID - required

    • First Name - optional (if you are using generic observers this is not required)

    • Surname - optional (above)

    • Email - optional

    • Role - required, if not provided the user will be created as an examiner be default

    • Password - if not provided, the ID will be applied

The observer will use their ID and Password to log into risr/assess 

Importing Observers via CSV/XLS

  • Click Settings

  • Click Manage Examiners (this is also Observers management page)

  • Click Import / Update / Export

  • Click Import new Examiner

An example import file can be downloaded directly from risr/assess by clicking either:

  • Download Example CSV File

  • Download Example CSV File with Dimensions (if Blueprint tagging for Observers has been set up in your Master Blueprint)

When your file has been filled out as required, click Upload File… to select the document from your device and upload the information to risr/assess.
