8.8 How to run a Blueprint Report

  • Click Items from the top menu bar

  • Click Blueprint Report

  • Using the Dropdown menus select all applicable filters for your desired report

 

 

You must select at least one Blueprint Dimension in order to generate a report

  • Click Generate Report

  • [Optional] You can then export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet by clicking Export to Excel

  • [Optional] If only two Blueprint Dimensions are selected as filters then a further option to view the data is available. Click Cross category matrix to view the data as category comparison matrix. This view lists and compares the count of new, used, total and percentage of items by any two blueprint dimension chosen by the user
