Migrating from Practique Users to Single Sign On (SSO) Users
Migrating from Practique Users to Single Sign On (SSO) Users
If you have existing users within your Practique system, and then go on to configure SSO, it is possible to migrate these users to SSO accounts. The process to do this is as follows:
- Navigate to Settings > Practique Users
- For the User you would like to change, click Edit.
- Change the username to the username used for SSO
- Set 'User can login with Single Sign On only' in the Allow Single Sign On login only field.
- Click Save
This user will now be able to log in with their SSO account.
