Question Bank Restriction
The Question Bank Segregation feature gives you the capability to manage permissions across different groups within your organisation, such as specialities, themes or year groups. In addition to controlling the functional permissions of a user, for example assigning them as a Question Author, it is now possible to control which part of the Question Bank they have access to.
Step-by-step guide
The first step is to create a blueprint dimension that you will apply to users to manage which part of the Question Bank they have access to. For example, if a user belongs to the specialty of psychiatry you can create this relationship by assigning them to the psychiatry specialty as a Blueprint Dimension category. This will restrict access to Items that are tagged to the psychiatry specialty. A user can be assigned to multiple specialties.
