Allocation and rotations of candidates and examiners

Allocation and rotations of candidates and examiners

Practique can automatically allocate the Candidates and Examiners, but you can also define exactly where candidates start, what rotations they will be on and what stations, sessions and rotations the  examiners will be on.

Ordering the candidates in alphabetical order

In order to have the candidate list to show in alphabetical order on the Examiner's iPad you need to set up the allocation upload in a particular way.

  1. First candidate (starting room 1) should be the first candidate alphabetically
  2. The proceeding candidates should be listed in reverse alphabetical order. This is driven by the way the rotation scheduling works. The next candidate after the first will be the last candidate on the list ( or anther way to visualise it: the first candidate moves on to room two and the last candidate on the list follows them into room one and so on)
