When viewing another user's portfolio the default landing page is their profile and summary. This is accessed from the users list either by clicking on that title or directly on the user's name.
The profile and summary page is designed to show you the most relevant pieces of information about that user. This page is customisable in a similar way to the dashboards to allow you to set what people should see every time they land here.
The ability to customise profile and summary pages is tied to the permission allow user to edit all users' dashboards. When a user has this permission they are able to customise all users' dashboards and summary pages. Both pages behave in a very similar way and can be simply thought of as follows:
- Dashboard - all information that is about you as the user logged in
- Profile and summary - all information that is about another user whose portfolio you are viewing
