8.9 Exam Details

The Exam Details are the basic required pieces of information for every Exam in risr/assess. These settings are used to determine the next steps in Exam creation.
Exam Details (Settings)
Exam Details | Summary |

Title | The name of your Exam |
Number of Days | The number of days over which your Exam is taking place |
Exam Blueprint | Exam Blueprint selection. One must be created be the creation of your Exam. The Exam Blueprint selected will be used to determine responses to the remaining Exam Settings. |
Exam venue candidate capacity | This is the maximum number of candidates that your exam venue can accommodate per circuit |
Number of blocks | Can be used if you intend to run different Item Sets on the same day. One block can accommodate one Item set. |
Number of sessions | Sessions are run sequentially, multiple sessions will allow different groups of candidates to take the same Exam on the same day. |
Number of circuits | Circuits are run concurrently. This field determines the number of circuits that your exam centre can accommodate at the same time. The number of candidates each circuit will contain is set within the field for Exam venue candidate capacity. |
Standard setting method | Choose between Angoff, Ebel, Borderline Group and Borderline Regression. This can be changed later. |
Allowed marking discrepancy [%] | Value (in percent) of the maximum Item score if any of the items in the Exam are to be double marked. the value is ignored for Exams that are not double marked. |
