Improvements

Users are prompted to refresh the page if there is a new application version when attempting to generate reports as PDF

Fixes

Corrected the text description in the results page of a bulk import to match the descriptions shown during the creation of the import task
Some large reports would not export to CSV
Boolean fields were not aligned correctly when viewing the form in quick fill mode
Fields dependent on a boolean field were not displaying correctly when viewing the form in quick fill mode
Numeric fields were not accepting negative values
