Improvements & Fixes

• New unobtrusive slide-over notifications appear in the bottom right of the screen 

• Fixed an issue which resulted in User IDs being displayed on events rather than full name

• Added full text search to the bulk tasks list 

• Changed the height of popups appearing in order to help with the issue of this overrunning some screens

• Individual elements within relations can now be enabled and disabled. 

• User list contains relations in advanced search 

• User list can again be filtered by the state of users
