Eligibility settings control which users are able to book onto individual booking items.
Overview
Use Eligibility rules to restrict to which booking items each user is able to apply. By default if you do not specify any eligibility rules for a booking item it will be available to all users of the system with the permission to create booking.
Each eligibility can be created and edited directly from the configuration section of each booking item.
Clicking the edit icon next to eligibility in the configuration section of a booking item displays the detail as to which rules are currently selected.
Clicking create new rule takes you to the eligibility editor from where you can create a customised set of eligibility rules for this booking item.
Each eligibility can be made up of one or many rules, and nested within one another according to the logic you require when evaluating the eligibility rules.
