Improvements

The size limit for ZIP files during the import document process is now 100MB

Fixes

Multi reports could not be downloaded to CSV when a report element was selected to be hidden
Pending sections email notifications were not being generated when the section was filled in by timeline owner
Logging in as another user sometimes resulted in a redirection to the main login screen
