Many exams OSCE are published and run with placeholder names instead of real examiner names as examiners may be assigned at the last minute. In other instances where examiners have been assined to specific stations, names need altering as examiners have been forced to pull out at the last minute.

...
On the list of all examiners, click the view button next to the examiner you wish to replace
Select either all candidates that the examiner has seen by clicking the tickbox at the top next to the round column or select individual candidates, if the replacement is only partial
In the Replace with examiner field, start typing the name of the examiner who you wish to replace the original examiner with.
Once you have found the correct examiner, click save
If you replaced the examiner for the complete round, you will be taken back to the overview screen where you can see the new examiner assigned to the room
If you partially replaced the examiner, you will remain on the screen and see a message at the top confirming the number of candidates have been reassigned to the new examiner. You can then click to return to the overview screen where you will see both examiners assigned to the same room.
You can now proceed with any further replacements.
