Improvements
PSD-1826 New Exam Result Export
In this release we have added a new Combined Exam Result export, which gives a breakdown of OSCE station performance, non-passing students, and further statistics and analysis. This report can be generated from the Set Standard screen.
PSD-1848 Speed improvement for importing exam results
It is now faster to import exam results in to the system.
PSD-1604 EMQ and MTF question support in Item stat analysis report
EMQ and MTF question types are now supported in the Item Statistics analysis report.
PRAC-1924 Case insensitive search for Candidates and Examiners
When searching for Examiners and Candidates, the system now searches regardless of case.
PSD-1634 Removing excluded items from Block results export
Items that have been excluded from the exam no longer appear in the Block Results export.
PSD-1646 Hiding archived items, item sets and resources by default
When viewing the item bank, item set bank and resource bank, archived objects are now hidden by default
PSD-1313 Insert special characters to EMQ options
It is now possible to insert special characters in to EMQ options when creating them
PSD-1649 Improvements to Blueprint report
It is now possible to create a PDF export of the Blueprint breakdown of Item Sets. The report now also includes the breakdown for criteria tagging of OSCE stations.
PRAC-1868 Improvements to Combining Exams
We have improved the way that combining exams works. It is now more flexible, with the ability to combine more types of exam structures. The system now warns of incompatible combinations.
PSD-1754, PRAC-1927 Ability to sort candidate results page, item list and examiner list
It is now possible to sort these tables to present the most relevant data.
PSD-1473 Toggle which exams appear on iPads
It is now clearer when toggling which exams appear on the iPad.
Fixes
PSD-1780 Item Filtering does not include root categories
When filtering items, previously filtering on a lower hierarchy would not always include information on a higher category. Filtering on lower categories now includes higher categories.
PSD-1875 Unable to set partial marks for VSA question
There was an issue causing partial marks to not be able to be input when marking VSA questions. This has now been fixed.
PSD-1869 Item Export does not show tagging correctly
Exporting items was not showing the tagging of items correctly. This has now been fixed.
PSD-1813 Resetting Exams does not reset item exclusion or candidate exclusion
When resetting an exam, previously items and candidates that had been excluded would remain excluded. These items and candidates are now included in to the results set.
PSD-1714 Downloading PDF sometimes does not complete
There was an intermittent issue meaning that sometimes a PDF report would not download. This has now been fixed.
PSD-1715 Items can be more than 100% passed
Previously it was possible for items to appear as more than 100% passed. This has now been fixed.
PSD-1755 Examiner Feedback not always showing on export
Fixed an issue where examiner feedback wouldnt appear on exam exports.
PSD-1815 Possible to create exam with 0 blocks
Previously it was possible to create an exam with 0 blocks, which lead to an invalid exam structure. Minimum number of blocks is now 1.
PSD-1806 Error with redirection after uploading SBA items
When importing SBA items, there was an error with the page users were redirected to after completing the import. This has now been fixed.
PSD-1559 Rounding issue in Item Statistics report
There was an issue with the way that item statistics data was rounded in this report. It has now been fixed.
PSD-1677 Display a warning about not updated results when a new mark arrives to the system
When new marks are arriving into the system, we now show an improved warning when marks are not up to date.
PSD-1626 Opening Knowledge Base and Service desk in new tabs
Opening Knowledge Base and Service desk now happens in new tabs.
