Available Bookings are all the Booking Items to which the given user is eligible to apply whose booking windows are currently open.
Available Bookings can be found from the top navigation bar under Bookings > Available bookings.
The subsequent page will display all the Booking Items to which the logged in user is eligible to apply. The booking window must also be open for it to appear in the list.
The list operates as a hierarchy and will first of all display the name of the overall Booking Item. If bookable options have been defined for this Booking Item you will be able to click the view options button to view the bookable options available.
If there are further bookable options beneath this level you will again see the view options button as a way to view the booking options available beneath this level. Otherwise you will see the apply button against the bookable option.
Clicking apply takes you directly to the application form for this Booking Item.
Viewing bookings for which you are not eligible
If you wish to view bookings for which you are not currently eligible you can use the filter by card in the sidebar. Uncheck the option to show only items you are eligible for and click apply filter.
This updates the list of available bookings to show all currently published Booking Items whose booking windows are open. Any to which you are not eligible will be indicated by the not eligible status message.
Clicking view options and navigating to the bookable option(s) for this item will display the full reason as to why you are not eligible. These reasons come from the definition of the eligibility rules.
