8.12 Viewing and accessing Results, Data and Statistics of a Finished Exam

If the Exam has finished... 

If the exam has finished navigate to the Exam tab and click "set standard" You will be taken to the standard setting page and you will have the option to look at different results pages. 

Items: Overview of how each station has performed overall. You can also view each Item, amend the cut score or exclude the item from the exam. Excluding the item will remove it from all statistical analysis. You can also see the following information:

You can sort each column by clicking on the column title in blue.  This can help with quickly checking any groups or reliability (Alpha if excluded) for example. 

Candidates: Overview of all the candidates' marks and pass or fail information. You will also be able to click through and see a break down of all the marks by station for a candidate and who was examining them. You can make changes to the marks here if you need as well as changing the examiner name if there was a change during the exam.  You will be required to give a reason for any changes.

Download results and responses

Export results and response: At the bottom of the candidate page you have the option to download the results and the responses

Results will be the output of Practique's calculations based on the standard setting method set on the "Standard setting" page for each exam. 

Responses will be the actual information input by the examiner or candidate for every marking criteria in each station or question. 

If you change the standard setting in anyway you will need to regenerate the download so that it shows the most up to date information


Examiners: Overview of each examiner, how many candidates they have seen and their average score given. You can also click "view" to see all of total marks given by a particular Examiner 

Amend: If you calculate the passing score outside of Practique you can enter that score by pressing "Amend" You will need to give a reason for the amendment. You can make as many changes to the passing score as you want before finalising the exam results. 

Normalize: If you click normalize the stations or questions with different available scores will be calculated as if they were the same weight so each question will count equally to the overall result.
