Fixes

• Goal progress is calculated from the average of progress across all targets in the goal

• Integer values were showing to 2 decimal places in report outputs

• Not all event types were shown when searching in the ‘list of goal sets filtered’ dashboard tile

• Importing events through bulk actions did not provide the option to select ‘use to ensure unique value’ against all mapped event fields

• The name of the linked user did not appear when editing an event containing a ‘role’ field
