Improvements

• Files not mapped to a file field after being moved to a new booking item or option via the Move booking function in Bulk actions are now deleted (removed from Amazon S3)

• Improvements have been made to the reliability and accuracy of the UI for CSV exports performed from within the View/Manage Booking item page

Fixes

• If a local username credential contained a space after the username, the system was unable to locate it and so attempting to remove or edit the username resulted in an error

• If form fields were deleted from or added to a booking item workflow, new or existing bookings became unavailable to end users in some instances
