2.29: risr/apply

Improvements

• The text describing risr/apply when a user changes organisation on the login page has been updated to be more contemporary and in line with our rebranded modules

Fixes

• The SQL database was not being created automatically when a new risr/apply site was activated for a organisation and so income summaries were not being updated

• Files uploaded to a booking could only be downloaded and were unable to be previewed in a modal even if they were eligible to be previewed i.e. PDF and certain image file types

• Files were unable to be uploaded to file user fields
