Fixes

• The autocomplete widget for the ‘Force apply’ function was not loading the dropdown list to select a user and resulted in an error

• Filtering bookings by ‘Last modified on or before’ was resulting in an error and filtering bookings by ‘Last modified on or after’ was incorrectly filtering by 'Created date’
