Sometimes, it is desired to reset an exam that has been sat. This may be due to testing the exam.
NOTE - Resetting the exam will wipe all of the results for that exam. If you do this in error, please contact the Practique team immediately.
- For the exam you would like to reset, go to View > View Sessions
- Click 'Reset exam day'
- Enter the codeword to delete the exams. This is given as part of training. If you do not know this, contact the Practique team.
- Click 'Reset exam day'. This will remove all results for that exam.
- The exam moves back to the In Preparation stage.
