Candidate use of highlighting in P4B
When enabled, candidates can use this feature to highlight key words or phrases in a stem or potential answer.
To use the highlighter a candidate selects the text to be highlighted by placing the cursor over the text and holding down the left click for the selection, releasing when finished. They then click on the highlighter in the top ribbon to activate the highlighting function for the selected text.
To remove the highlighting, a candidate selects the text again, using the left click held down and clicks on the ‘unhighlight’ control to remove.
Highlighting is retained between items, candidates returning to an item will see any previous highlighting.
Candidates must still actively select their correct response. Highlighting text is NOT an alternative to selecting an item choice.
