The default entry point into Kaizen is kaizenep.com(au.kaizenep.com or ca.kaizenep.com). When accessing this URL for the first time you will be asked to choose to which organisation you would like to login and from there proceed through the authentication process.

The custom URL acts solely as an alternative entry point to Kaizen. Whilst using Kaizen the application is always served from the domain kaizenep.com (au.kaizenep.com or ca.kaizenep.com).
If the user has no network connection and attempts to connect to your custom URL they will be unable to reach Kaizen. In order to access Kaizen whilst offline users will need to navigate to k aizenepkaizenep.com (au.kaizenep.com or ca.kaizenep.com).
