The custom URL acts solely as an alternative entry point to Kaizen. Whilst using Kaizen the application is always served from the domain kaizenep.com.
If the user has no network connection and attempts to connect to your custom URL they will be unable to reach Kaizen. In order to access Kaizen whilst offline users will need to navigate to kaizenep.com.
